Delivery delays due to courier issues, holidays, or natural circumstances are beyond our control.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct—we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
If you receive a parcel and the product is found to be damaged or not functioning properly from the time of opening, you are eligible for a replacement within 2 days of delivery. However, a full unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to claim the replacement.
